• 2016 – Started selling land plots in Mount Alterra, Khandala, and Tierra 1 in Chennai. 
• 2017 – Completion of Hiranandani Signature, India’s first IFSC tower at GIFT City; launch of One Hiranandani Park, Thane (8 towers). 
• 2018 – Continued sales for Tierra 2 in Chennai; delivered Forest Enclave in Panvel. 
• 2019 –Regent Hill in Powai and initiated further development in Fortune City, Panvel. 
• 2021 –Highland luxury apartments (1–3 BHK) in Powai. 
• 2022 – Handed over Forest Enclave apartments in Panvel. 
• 2023 – Empress Hill, Powai.
• 2025 (upcoming) – Along with Hiranandani Chembur (HoH), planning a 225-acre hospitality township in Alibaug by September; also entering Pune’s Hinjewadi with a 105-acre JV township.
